CREATIVE HOUSING INITIATIVE

Our initiative prioritizes disenfranchised, BIPOC, LGBTQ, and differently-abled multi-hyphenates.
The Creative Housing Initiative (CHI) is the development arm of Cozy Nomad, the creative hospitality agency within the HOW ecosystem.

While Cozy Nomad forms global partnerships to provide temporary live/work residencies for artists and multi-hyphenates, the HOW Compound focuses on long-term solutions.

The Pilot Compound
CHI explores new housing models designed specifically for marginalized artists.
Our first build will launch outside Dallas, Texas. Future locations to expand to cities where housing instability impacts creatives the most.

Our Housing Vision
Inspired by permaculture, indigenous architecture, and cooperative living traditions. The initiative focuses on building sustainable creative villages where artists can live, collaborate, and stabilize their lives.
Our goal is simple: build what doesn't exist, because artists deserve this.
A Regenerative Land Trust Model
The House of Wolf (HOW) Compound is a sustainable community concept designed for artists, writers, musicians, designers, and cultural innovators. The Compound will include 12 tiny homes, regenrative infrastructure, collaborative workspaces, community gardens, performance spaces, and communal areas that support both create work and everyday living.

The pilot compound will serve as a prototype for a future network of creative housing communities.

Each container home will be developed through collaborations between artists, builders, and Founding members.
